Taking Up Space & Softness
The “Ethereal”: Taking Up Space & Softness
Why We Use “Storytelling” & “Dino Therapy”
Society often demands that Black women be “strong.” We are the pillars, the backbones, the fixers. But who holds the holder?
The Vision: At SOPHA, we believe in your right to be soft. To be ethereal. To float. Picture this: A circle of beautiful women, melanin glowing in the sun, dressed in flowing fabrics, moving through yoga poses by the ocean. No one is asking for anything. You are just… flowing.
The Invitation: This isn’t a fantasy. This is the Durban Retreat. We are curating a space specifically for you to drop the “Strong Black Woman” cape and put on the “Rested Genie Goddess” crown.
So this is me opening my heart and arms and welcoming all who are ready to remember with me how to tap into our organic essence.

LOOK FORWARD TO
Next Step: If your Inner Genie is craving more of this freedom, you need to see what we have planned for May 2026 in Durban.
It’s basically “Mantlwane” for your soul, but with luxury accommodation and the ocean.
